What is AeroSterling?
AeroSterling is an email-first aviation services company founded by Mr. Mandeep. We deliver growth services, an aircraft deal desk, acquisition research, AOG parts sourcing and trip-support coordination, and we run a Partner Network that connects clients with independent licensed providers.
Why email-first?
Email keeps every quote, scope and decision in writing, works across time zones and lets you reply when it suits you.
Where do you work?
We work with clients in Canada, the United States and worldwide.
Partner Network
Are you the operator or provider of partner services?
No. AeroSterling is not the operator or provider of Partner Network services. Partners are independent businesses that are required to hold the licences, certificates or accreditations their work requires, and they contract with you directly.
Do you name your partners?
We don't name or endorse specific providers on this site. When you request an introduction, we tell you who the provider is before we connect you.
How much do partner services cost?
Partner services are quoted by the provider, on request. We don't publish partner pricing.
Do you earn a referral fee?
Some providers may pay us a referral fee. If so, we tell you before the introduction.
Can you book a charter flight for me?
No. We don't sell, arrange or operate flights. We can introduce you to authorised operators or charter brokers, who contract with you directly.
Aircraft deal desk
Are you an aircraft broker or dealer?
No. AeroSterling is not a broker, dealer or escrow agent, doesn't negotiate on your behalf and never holds funds or title.
Is the AI score an appraisal?
No. It compares public listing information with similar aircraft. It is not an appraisal, inspection or advice. Always arrange a pre-purchase inspection.
What does the newsletter cost?
The weekly deals newsletter is free. Unsubscribe at any time.
Growth services
What do the bundles cost?
Runway is C$899 setup + C$238/mo, Hangar is C$1,799 + C$368/mo and Flight Deck is C$3,499 + C$617/mo. AI lead follow-up can be added to any plan for C$199/mo. All prices in CAD, plus applicable tax.
Is there a contract?
Setup is a one-time fee. Monthly plans run month to month and can be cancelled by email before the next billing date.
Who owns the website?
You own your domain and your content.
AOG & parts
Do you guarantee response times?
No. Turnaround depends on supplier stock and replies. You can send requests at any time, and we keep you updated.
What does a quote cost?
Requesting a quote is free. Each quote shows the full cost before you commit.
Who is responsible for airworthiness?
The buyer, installer and operator verify airworthiness, traceability and documentation before installation. We don't manufacture, repair or certify parts.
