Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to aerosterling.com, aerosterling.ca and the services of AeroSterling ("AeroSterling", "we", "us"). By using the site or our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
We provide (a) growth services for businesses: website design, hosting and maintenance, social media management and AI-assisted lead follow-up; (b) an informational aircraft deals newsletter, buyer and seller intake and introductions ("Deal Desk"); (c) acquisition research and market reports; (d) aircraft parts sourcing assistance ("AOG & Parts Desk"); (e) trip-support coordination; and (f) introductions to independent providers ("Partner Network"). Scope, price and timing for paid work are confirmed in writing, by email, before work starts.
2. What we are not
- AeroSterling is not an air carrier, charter operator or charter broker, aircraft broker or dealer, escrow or title agent, lender, lessor, insurer or insurance broker, maintenance organisation, flight school, or provider of legal, tax or medical services.
- We do not hold out, sell, arrange or operate flights. We do not buy, sell, list or broker aircraft, negotiate on anyone's behalf, or take deposits. We never hold client funds or aircraft title.
- Information, scores, snapshots and research are not appraisals, inspections, or legal, financial, tax or technical advice.
3. Partner Network
- Partner Network providers are independent third parties. They are not our employees, agents or subcontractors, and we do not supervise or guarantee their work.
- Partners are responsible for holding and maintaining the licences, certificates, accreditations and insurance their services require. You should verify a provider's credentials before contracting.
- Any quote, agreement, payment or service is solely between you and the provider. Partner pricing is quoted by the provider, on request.
- We may receive a referral fee from a provider. If so, we tell you before the introduction.
4. Deal Desk and research
- The newsletter, scores, snapshots and research are based on publicly available listing information and details you provide, and may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate.
- They are not an offer or recommendation to buy or sell any aircraft. Always arrange a pre-purchase inspection and use qualified professionals. Listings belong to their owners and are linked at their source.
5. AOG & Parts Desk
- Quotes come from third-party suppliers. Availability, price and lead time can change until the supplier confirms the order.
- We do not manufacture, repair or certify parts. The buyer, installer and operator are solely responsible for verifying airworthiness, traceability, documentation and regulatory compliance before installation.
- The full cost is shown on each quote before you commit. The supplier's terms and warranty apply. We do not guarantee response or delivery times.
6. Trip-support coordination
Handling, permits, fuel, flight planning and related services are performed by independent providers. Operational control and regulatory responsibility for any flight remain with the aircraft operator and crew.
7. Prices and payment
Our published prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable sales taxes. Setup fees are billed before work begins. Monthly plans are billed in advance, month to month, and can be cancelled by email before the next billing date.
8. Your content
You confirm that you have the right to use any content, images and trademarks you provide, and you permit us to use them to deliver the services. You own your domain and your content.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use our forms or services to send unlawful, misleading or infringing content, or to request parts, aircraft or services for any prohibited end use or destination under applicable export-control or sanctions laws.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including aircraft downtime, lost revenue or lost opportunities, or for the acts or omissions of Partner Network providers or suppliers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned in the three months before the claim.
11. Email communications
We communicate by email. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
