In short. Asia's hubs are slot- and parking-constrained, so plan earlier than in North America. Singapore business jets usually use Seletar, with a night restriction from 22:00 to 07:00; Changi needs slots at least 72 hours ahead. Hong Kong requires a runway slot, a parking stand booking and handling by HKBAC, the airport's only FBO. Tokyo has dedicated business aviation gates at Haneda and Narita, and India's paid charters must be flown by DGCA-permitted non-scheduled operators.
Singapore
Seletar (WSSL) is Singapore's business aviation airport, about 15 km from the city centre, with a business aviation terminal. It has no slots, but non-scheduled operators must submit planned operations to the Seletar Schedules Facilitator, and a night restriction applies from 22:00 to 07:00 local. Changi (WSSS) is slot-coordinated: requests must reach the slot coordinator at least 72 hours ahead and parking is limited. Singapore to Hong Kong is about 1,380 nm.
Hong Kong
At Hong Kong International, business jets need three confirmations: a runway slot (OCS), a parking stand (BAPS) and ground handling from HKBAC, the only FBO. Runway slots can be requested up to 30 days ahead for some flights and stands are shown up to 14 days ahead, with a 14-day maximum stay. Hong Kong to Los Angeles is about 6,300 nm.
Tokyo and Seoul
- Tokyo Haneda: a 24-hour Business Aviation Gate at Terminal 3 with dedicated customs and immigration; parking is tight and stays are short.
- Tokyo Narita: the Premier Gate business aviation terminal, with longer parking available. Slots and documents are required at both airports.
- Seoul Gimpo: the Seoul Gimpo Business Aviation Centre (SGBAC) provides a dedicated terminal and customs.
India: Mumbai and Delhi
India's paid charters are flown by operators with a DGCA Non-Scheduled Operator Permit (NSOP), which is not transferable and requires an Indian-registered aircraft. Delhi's Indira Gandhi International has a dedicated general aviation terminal with its own customs and immigration, and Mumbai's Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International has a refurbished GA terminal. Mumbai to Farnborough is about 3,900 nm.
Mainland China
Flights into mainland China need advance permits and local handling, and approval times vary. Ask the operator to confirm permit lead times before you fix dates.
Our role. AeroSterling does not operate or sell flights and holds no air operator certificate. Through our charter request desk we pass your brief to independent, licensed operators and charter brokers that we vet, and they quote and contract with you directly, naming the operating carrier in writing.

Usually Seletar (WSSL), the business aviation airport, which has no slots but requires schedules to be submitted in advance and has a 22:00 to 07:00 night restriction. Changi (WSSS) requires slots at least 72 hours ahead and business jet slots are hard to get.
What do I need to land a private jet in Hong Kong?

Can I keep a private jet at Tokyo Haneda for a week?
Parking at Haneda is limited, and handlers report a five-consecutive-day limit; Narita allows longer parking. Your operator or handler confirms availability.
