Whether the operator holds a current ARGUS, Wyvern or IS-BAO audit, and its date. We record it; we do not audit or rate operators ourselves.
A documented check, not a guarantee. The operator remains responsible for the flight, its crew and its licences. See how we check operators.
Who flies you, and who you contract with.
AeroSterling is not an air carrier and does not own or operate aircraft. We act on your behalf, as your agent, to request quotes and arrange whole-aircraft charter flights with independent air operators that hold the licences and certificates the flight requires. The operator has operational control of every flight. For flights to, from or within the United States we act as an air charter broker under US Department of Transportation rules (14 CFR Part 295), as the customer’s agent. The operating carrier is named in writing before you sign anything. No flight is confirmed until the operator confirms it in writing. We do not take payment for flights on this website.
AeroSterling does not carry its own passenger liability insurance. Passengers are covered by the operating carrier’s liability insurance; we give you the operator’s insurance details with the quote.
